Many tourist spots are overcrowded. They have long lines and noise. But, there are places that are peaceful and calm. Villages in Bangladesh offer a different experience. They are quiet, and full of nature and friendly people. Let’s explore these beautiful villages.
In Bangladesh, the heart of the country is in its villages. Three quarters of the population live in these rural areas. Families in these villages rely on agriculture and fishing for their daily income. The villages are full of life but at a slower pace. This is very different from the busy cities.
A village homestay offers a deep insight into the life of the rural community. You can join their daily work in and around the house. You can also visit the local school, rivers, and lakes. Try catching fish from the pond. Your host will help you talk with the villagers.
We arrange guided tours to visit ancient ruins, farms, rivers, and small hills. You can do as much or as little as you like. There are many activities and workshops available.
Local cuisine is a highlight of our Village Homestay programs. Your meals will be a feast of delicious Bangladeshi curries and fresh vegetables. You can join in the preparation of your meals. Learn to cook Bangladeshi food in a traditional setting.
We craft hospitality with love and excellence. Here are some of the amenities available:
